Existing Downtown Core area are mostly recognise as Central Business District, Commercial Centre, Business Hub, Financial Centre. But according to the 2019 draft master plan, Downtown Core commercial uses area will be change to more mixed uses area for mixed development. The plan is to make Downtown area a place to live, work, and play in. More residential and mixed used development will be introduce in Downtown area according to the draft master plan. Midtown Modern is just a mere 2km away from Downtown Core area, the project is expected to benefits from this future development.
